Unrealistic Expectations of RC
There is great confusion that many people project on RC about what it is and what it is not.
RC is a group of insights about what reality is, in the area where reality has been heavily obscured by distress, by oppression, by lack of information, by misinformation. These insights are extremely important and valuable. They include insights on the nature of people and human intelligence, and how we can use these insights—cooperatively, not in isolation.
All of us project unrealistic expectations on RCers and RC and become disappointed. We have to clean this up.
