The Process
We Call Discharge

Our Loving, Pleased Attention

I’ve found it quite challenging to engage my children while they are at home and have no outdoor activity. My two-year-old became addicted to watching videos on mobile. I couldn’t prevent it and felt helpless. Discussing this and discharging on it with other RCers helped me to handle it better. It’s hopeful now. When I actively play with my daughter, she doesn’t demand mobile. She is livelier and happier. Our loving, pleased attention can make a lot of difference to our children and, in turn, to us.

We are together in this, backing [supporting] each other as parents and cherishing our parenthood.
