Harvey
Harvey is one of the reasons I became a union representative. I read The Human Situation when I was in college, and it was the first time I had heard someone talking confidently and intelligently about everything I'd ever cared about -- not just loving, and not just changing the world, and not just relationships, and not just doing the right thing, but everything. In Rough Notes from Liberation I & II he talked about how economic oppression was the key oppression and how one of the main ways to stop it was through workers and production -- that workers had great potential to transform the entire society.
