Organizational Forms

The Guidelines are to promote rational associations between Co-Counselors. Co-Counselors use various modes in the process of re-emergence, including two-way sessions, mini-sessions, phone sessions, group sessions, discussion groups, topic groups, think-and-listens, support groups, speak-outs, panels, intensive counseling, and "relationship sessions." Guidelines have been established to make the best use of each mode.

Co-Counselors associate together in support groups, classes, workshops, Community meetings, Wygelian leaders' groups, and conferences, and organize themselves into Areas and Regions. There are many books, journals, pamphlets, audiocassettes, and videotapes about Re-evaluation Counseling.
