Class 0

  • A meeting with people who are interested in taking the class.
  • This is a meeting where people can ask questions, you can ask questions, get to know people a little, learn about people's motivations, why they want to take the class, to get an idea about their chronic patterns and maybe addictions.
  • Also you and your assistant can introduce yourselves, talk about what RC is and what RC is not, set the fees for the class, clarify how the class will work, when to meet and where, talk about homework to expect, about the confidentiality, requirements, etc.
  • Then you can decide about whom to take into your class and whose patterns you can't handle, patterns likely to disrupt the class etc.
