News flash

As you know, beginning tomorrow, Tuesday October 1st, we are placing a moratorium on writing about not only Israel and the war on Gaza and the West Bank, but also Israel's bombing of Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria. Please refrain temporarily from posting any thoughts or feelings about these matters on any of our RC lists.

Let’s take this opportunity to avoid further restimulating one another with our feelings, confusions, or even glimpses of reality. Instead, Tim, Cherie, and I encourage you, as allies, to attend as many support groups for both groups as you can.  We have dedicated groups for allies to Palestinians, as well as allies to Jews and Israelis. See link below. 

There are also separate ongoing support groups scheduled for Palestinians and Jews. 

If there are Palestinians who are new to RC but have completed a fundamentals class and are in good standing in their RC community, please introduce them to me/Azi so that we can help them connect to SCW Asian List and the ongoing Palestinian support group.

Please be on time to these support groups and try to stay for the duration of the sessions.

We are encouraging all of the leaders of these groups to focus the groups on discharge, including an emphasis on working early.
