The BALCD Village Discharge Calls

We started the BALCD Village Discharge Calls at the beginning of COVID when many of us were struggling with disconnection, alonness, and a lot of fear.  The calls gave us a way to be together in the midst of a worldwide crisis, and to more readily hold the reality of our connection to each other and our togetherness in our minds.   These calls have been a good way to reinforce our connections between annual gatherings.

In addition to Village People getting to see the ILRP and hear my voice, the calls have become a way for more people in the Village to see and become better acquainted with each other.  One excellent outcome of the BALCD Village Discharge Calls has been that more members of the BALCD Village have had a chance to see and experience the leadership of more members of the Leadership Team. The calls have been a good way for more of the Village to experience the depth of the BALCD Leadership bench. All members of the BALCD Leadership Reference Team are invited to lead a Village Call.   Members of the Tiers I and Tiers II Leadership Team sometimes lead the Village Discharge Calls.  Each of the ILRP Apprentices lead Village Discharge Calls.

The BALCD Village Discharge Calls are held on the third Sunday of each month at 2:00 PM EST.

A schedule of the calls can be found here:  BALCD Village Discharge Call Schedule

A flyer is sent to the BALCD list each month with instructions for registering for the calls.
