When Planning a Workshop for More Than One Region
The International Reference Person needs to approve of any workshop that includes more than one Region.
When planning such a workshop, a request for approval should be sent to the International Reference Person, Tim Jackins, at ircc@rc.org. (Do not send workshop announcements to rcoffice@rc.org or publications@rc.org, as this creates extra work for a small staff.)
When you write to Tim Jackins, please include the following:
- The date(s) of the workshop
- Zoom or what geographic location
- The leader of the workshop
- The organizer of the workshop and their contact information
- The name of the workshop
- What constituency or part of the RC world the workshop is for, or what Regions are invited
- Whether the workshop is wheelchair accessible
