Dear Harvey,
I know you can no longer read this, but I still want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the good things I was able to attain with your help during my time in RC, from 1976 to 1986.
I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to exchange letters with you last December and am glad I did not reject my impulse to write you out of nowhere after years of separation. Like you used to say, "Trust your own thinking; it's good thinking. It's the only thinking you have. Trust your hunches."
I will never forget you, your work, and your love for people. Thank you for everything, and good luck.
M.B.
