A Faculty Activist
All I really want to do with most of my time is teach RC. I've had some recent successes teaching fundamentals to faculty, and I am about to start a new class and a faculty support group.
In the spirit of the new goal within the RC Communities of going public, I discussed my RC faculty work with the dean of my college and the president of the university. To my surprise, both were very pleased to hear that I was helping faculty to talk to one another and to practice kindness and caring with each other rather than constantly criticizing each other. I expected some form of "mental health" oppression to come my way, but instead my president is interested in offering me release time from my teaching in order to organize faculty support.
