C. RE-EVALUATION COUNSELING CLASSES
C.4. Fundamentals Classes
Each Area and Developing Community is encouraged to have at least one fundamentals class series each year.
Each Community member is encouraged to attend, lead, or assist a fundamentals class every four or five years.
REASON
Providing access to RC theory and practice is one of the basic purposes of an RC Community. Fundamentals classes have been an effective way to do this. They also give existing members of the Community opportunities to learn and practice leadership, learn RC theory and practice more fully, and gain new Co-Counselors for themselves.
