Make a PDF of your plan. Don’t password-protect it if you want others to be able to read it.
Use the following naming convention: first name + last initial + city.pdf. (Don’t include the “+” characters.) For example, my plan is named dianesshoreline.pdf.
E-mail the plan to me at dshisk@me.com.

Another idea suggested by one of our climate coordinators and now being used in a climate organization: Each person writes the own personal climate action plan. They filled out a simple chart with the following:

Actions they have already taken
One action they plan to take in the coming time period, what is that time period (next 3 months, for ex...), what support/accountability will they set up for that (for example, a buddy, a check-in, etc.)
One climate issue/topic they are committed to learning more about
